The service

BASU LEARN is a managed home-tuition platform operated by Basu Nextgen Education Pvt Ltd: we vet tutors, arrange demos, set up plans, and track delivery. Tutors deliver teaching; everything else (matching, scheduling support, billing) is coordinated by BASU LEARN.

Tutors are independent contractors

Tutors are independent professionals engaged through the platform, not employees of BASU LEARN. We vet and manage them, but each tutor is responsible for the teaching they deliver.

Bookings, demos & plans

• The first demo class is free and carries no obligation.
• Subscriptions are set up by our team; sessions, fees, and GST are shown before you confirm.
• You agree to provide accurate information for your child's record.

Non-circumvention

To keep families protected (verified, replaceable, supported) and the platform sustainable, parents and tutors agree to transact through BASU LEARN for any engagement that originated on the platform, and not to arrange private off-platform payments that bypass it, for the duration of the relationship and a reasonable period after.

Acceptable use

• Use the platform lawfully and respectfully.
• Don't misuse tutor contact details or platform data.
• Don't attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

Cancellation & liability

You may cancel a subscription per the Refund & Cancellation Policy. To the extent permitted by law, BASU LEARN's liability is limited to fees paid for the affected period. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
