The first demo class is free. If it isn't a fit, you owe nothing and can request a different tutor.
Cancelling a subscription
- You can cancel a plan at any time; it stays active until the end of the current paid cycle.
- Unused, prepaid sessions in the current cycle may be refunded on a pro-rata basis, less any sessions already delivered.
- Sessions already taught are non-refundable.
Tutor replacement guarantee
If your assigned tutor isn't working out, tell us — we'll arrange a replacement at no extra cost rather than forfeiting your plan.
How refunds are issued
Payments today are recorded manually (UPI/cash/bank). Approved refunds are returned to the original method, typically within 7–10 business days, with a credit note against the original GST invoice.
Requesting a refund
Contact our support team from the Account screen with your invoice number. We confirm in writing.
